1995

We inaugurate the activity of the first company in the group. 

1998

• We open a regional office in Plovdiv city
• We start the Isocenter, retail chain for distribution of insulation materials and systems

1999

We create and launch our first website.

2000

We open a new head office in Sofia.

2001

We are certified according to ISO 9001: 2000.

2002

We open a new regional office in Burgas city.

2003

We expand the activities of the group in the fields of infrastructure and environmental protection projects, by establishing VJF Geosystems.

2005

We receive the first “Gold Medal” from the International Stroytech Fair – Plovdiv.

2006

• We begin our engineering activities by establishing VJF Engineering subsidiary.
• We start J/V production of bituminous waterproofing membranes in Romania.

2007

• We open subsidiary office in Belgrade, for development of the group’s activities in Serbia and Montenegro.
• We start our own production of metal drainage systems and profiles.

2010

• We open our new corporate complex – office building and warehouse in Sofia.
• We establish our new business unit – Building Integrated Photovoltaic.

2011

• We are awarded with “The Building of the Year” award for Corporate Building in the 10th anniversary edition of the national contest.
• We receive 2 new gold medals from the International Stroytech Fair – Plovdiv.

2013

We launch the new rich in content and unified as a vision company websites.

2015

We celebrate our 20th Anniversary. 

2017

We establish our Landscape Business Unit.

2019

• We started the construction of our new logistics base and office in Plovdiv;
• We open our new regional office in Varna city.

2020

We celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

2021

We open our new logistics complex with offices in Plovdiv.
