Elite Park residential complex is situated in City of Plovdiv. The roofs and traffic zones in the project are designed and executed with VJF company system solutions which are approved over the years:

• Waterproofing systems for flat roofs, terraces, balconies and traffic areas;
• Flat roof hatches;
• Metal board coverings and chimney protection caps.

Waterproofing details in the project were designed and completed with bituminous membranes produced by General Membrane, Italy.

Flat roof hatches are part of VJF system solutions for years. They provide easy roof access for inspection, refurbishment or installation of machinery. The exits provide ventilation and natural sunlight to the attic area, which favors the overall improvement of the living environment.

All of the perimeter boards and chimneys in the project are covered with metal board coverings and chimney protection caps which were produced by VJF Metals. The metal elements are produces according to the needs of the project and designers.
